What is your shipping policy? *Customers outside of the United States, please read our International Shipping Policy.

We ship to 50 states in the United States, their territories, and military APO and FPO addresses.

We use the US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS as carriers. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. meter. EST will ship the same day. If we receive your order on Friday, your order will be processed the next business day, keep in mind that we depend on the companies associated with our company (USPS-UPS) and their business hours. In your shopping cart and during checkout, you can choose between several shipping methods:

Free Shipping: FREE shipping orders are shipped via the most cost effective shipping method available. This may be the US Postal Service or UPS Ground, depending on the total weight and destination of the package. If you need your order shipped via a specific method, please choose USPS or UPS shipping. When you choose free shipping, you give up your right to choose the shipping method.

If you are in the 50 contiguous United States, you must select FREE SHIPPING during checkout to receive FREE SHIPPING. If you select another method (priority mail, UPS Ground, or Express shipping, for example), we will ship your order by that method and you will be charged for that upgraded shipping method.

The exact shipping costs are displayed in your shopping cart before you check out. You must select your address type from the dropdown menu in order to receive an accurate shipping quote and estimated delivery dates. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. Estimated delivery dates are based on shippers' information and are not guaranteed, except where guaranteed by the carrier.

You will receive an email notification when your item has shipped with the ship date and a tracking/delivery confirmation number. If you have any special handling requests, please leave us a comment during checkout. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Please note that Aragon Factory Shop may require a signature on any shipment to comply with regulations for the delivery of your package.

What is your return policy?

*100% satisfaction guarantee You can easily return most items purchased from Aragon Factory Shop within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. For more information on how your refund will be determined, please see our section below on calculating refund amounts.

If you are returning cigars, please send them in the original condition you received them, including packaging and accessories. Samples and singles must be returned in a zip lock bag. Cigars shipped cellophane wrapped must be returned in their original cellophane wrapper.

Pre-Lit or Half-Smoked Cigar Policy: Do not return half-smoked cigars. Half-smoked cigars will not be refunded, and the smell of burning tobacco will spoil any cigars left in the box. If you return a half smoked cigar with the rest of the cigars, we will not accept the return.

Cigars are handmade products and sometimes have construction flaws that interfere with your enjoyment. If you find a defective cigar, please take a photo of the fault and send an email to our customer service. Then, throw the cigarette away. However, if you have other cigars from the same box that you have not yet cut, lit or put in your mouth, please keep them as we may request some of them to test or send them to the manufacturer for quality control.

How to start your return?

Open cigar boxes: Please follow the steps below carefully:

Contact Us Please provide your name, order number, items you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please include photos of the product if it was received damaged.

We will provide you with a return label to return the items to us and a return form via email. A Customer Service Associate will notify you if we do not ask you to mail your item in for a refund.

We will send you an email as soon as we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 1-3 business days of receiving your return. It usually takes 2-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account. If the item you are returning was a gift, please note that the refund will be issued to the purchaser of the gift.

If you are returning an item using a return label provided by us and the reason for the return is not the result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error. If you return any items from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping cost associated with the returned items will be deducted from the refund amount. If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be refunded only the shipping fee for the item you returned.

Exchanges:

You can also request to receive a replacement or exchange for another item. No restocking fee except special orders if items are returned in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

International Orders:

Returned orders not claimed to the post office or refused by the customer abroad will be refunded less shipping costs, all shipments outside the US that the customs of that country returns, Once package is received in our facilities, we will send you a totally free shipment again, or a refund, unless the customer rejects his order by not paying the Customes fees,  if the customer wishes for us to re-send his package back we will kindly pay for 50% of the shipping cost and the customer will pay for the other half. We always recommend that you please contact our customer service, for better information about your order. If you do not receive your order on time, keep in mind That our company depends on two delivery companies, the one from the US that is selected there (USPS-UPS) and the one from the destination country. If the delivery is delayed and the client wishes that another shipment be applied to his order, it will be sent to him totally free, if the customer receives days after his first order, a shipping charge and cost of the product will be applied. Note: If your order is confiscated by the customs agency of your country and not return to our facilities, we cannot refund your money, only once your packaged is returned and received to our facility can we then refund you. We advise if the package is confiscated within the Customer country, he is responsible to follow up with the status of the package, since is away from our jurisdiction.
