We are certain you will love our cigars however in case you are not entirely satisfied with our products, we will happily accept returns and will issue full refund minus the shipping. There are couple of things to consider:

Bundles of Cigars: full refund issued if no more than 2 cigars have been smoked.
Cigars must be returned in sellable condition, no cut or partially smoked cigars.
Please ensure when packing your return, to pack the cigars well. If cigars come back damaged due to less than adequate packaging, no refund will be issued.
